Reserving Your Visit
All appointments must be booked by the client, online, unless you pre book at the end of a previous appointment or you are enrolled in a subscription program.


"Add on" services, when applicable, must be booked as an addition to your full service.
 

Upon reserving your initial visit, you will be prompted to complete a detailed questionnaire about your location of choice and you will be asked agree to policy and terms.

All bookings are reservation request. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you live outside of my normal service zone. You will be notified as soon as possible if changes must be made. 

What to Expect

You will receive a confirmation email after requesting your initial visit. In some cases, you may also receive a phone call. On the day of your appointment I will arrive about 15 minutes early to set up. I have equipment to ensure that your experience is as effective, and enjoyable as possible. For our safety, I will service you wearing a mask, shield and shoe covers. I sanitize (according to the GA State Board of Cosmetology and CDC guidelines), before and after your service. Valuing time and safety, I ask that you keep interruptions to a minimum, as I will do the same an leave immediately after your service.

Cancelations

Due to the seriousness and uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, all cancelation fees have been waived. I do ask that all appointment changes be made no later than 48 hours before your reserved time slot, for non emergencies, and I will do the same.

Please reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household feel sick , may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, have been advised to quarantine, or have not yet tested negative after a positive diagnosis. 

Your integrity and consideration is expected and appreciated.
